CBS's bookkeeping works using a dedicated fax number for each client.. The clients fax their invoices, expense receipts, vouchers, memo, debit/credit notes to the given fax number. Clients also have the option of scanning and emailing the documents. Scanned documents can also be automatically uploaded by a client software provided by CBS, to the CBS's server. Thereafter, using faxed/scanned documents accountants at CBS update the accounting files and return these to the clients along with financial statements via email. These can also be downloaded automatically in a folder on client's computer using 'client software' provided by CBS

The clients also have the option of getting their files updated directly in their computer via remote entry or have their accounts hosted on an Online Accounting Package which are simultaneously accessible to the client as well as the accountants at CBS.

CBS provides regular weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports of accounts receivables, accounts payable, financial statements, financial analysis reports as per client's requirements.

CBS will run all the accounting ledgers like, sales, purchases, journals etc., complete the quarterly Sales Tax returns, compile the year end accounts and also compute and compile the business and personal tax returns.

In addition, CBS can prepare and dispatch all invoices under the business name of the client.
